The app crashes at start. Not useable.

Needs to be updated. Lines are old and incorrect.

Immediately closes when started. Unusable. iOS 9, iPhone 6

Not so bad but not good at all. No better experience. Just a tiny map with ads.

MTA this app is great and will save a lot of trees but* you need to add a feature that alerts you whats going on with the buses and trains! Updates on everything just like the e-mails you send. It would be great to be on the Bx12 SBS and find out the 4 train isnt running normally than to go and waste my time and a ride on my metrocard !!. But good app though.

It needs a hi res full map and a way to lock rotation

Just what I needed - a simple image of the subway map with decent zoom. Too bad it hasnt been updated for July 2010 yet.

The map would be great if they bothered to update it

This is a good free subway map of New York. Shows you what you need to see, easy to zoom, no added frills. I didnt like the rotate feature too much, mostly because it was difficult to zoom without finding the map also rotating by mistake. Its not so easy to control. Also I would have liked to open straight to the map, rather than having to go through the menu choice every time of Manhattan, Brooklyn, etc. And finally, it does have an added banner ad at the bottom. Not a bad map overall, but after using it I discovered NYSubview which I much prefer so Ill be switching to that one.

If you zoom all the way out on this map it gets too small for you to zoom back in and is totally useless. Just dont be stupid like me and do that; you have to re-download it if you do. Otherwise a great map of the subway.

Good interface. But useless since map is not up to date. There have been significant changes to routes. Furthermore this app was released after the changes took effect. No excuse for outdated information.

I live in NYC and this is the best subway app Ive seen.

I share the same issue as everyone else--this map is so outdated and therefore should be improved or removed! Shame on you!
